 ARTWAR Travel and Tours LLC is a travel and tour consultant business that provides travel, tour and tourism related advise and services to customers interested in The Harlem {New York City}, Senegal and Ghana {Africa} tourism industry to include travel and tourism related business investment options.

William Anthony Rogers {Tony} the CEO and founder of ARTWAR Travel and Tours LLC has over 49 years of experience in assisting in the development of the Harlem Tourism Industry. 

Rogers is a co-founder of HARLEM WEEK founded in 1974 as HARLEM DAY is now one of the largest urban cultural/economic development festivals in The United States. It has served as the foundation of the Harlem Tour and Hospitality Industry.

Rogers is the Director of the Harlem Tourism Board, an organization focused on the marketing and promotion of Harlem as a major travel and tour destination. ARTWAR Travel and Tour serves as the travel and tour arm of HTB. 

In 2022 ARTWAR Travel developed a Harlem/African tourism program with Senegal on behalf of HTB, The Senegalese Travel and Promotion Agency {ASPT}, Air Senegal, And Revina Tours {Senegal}. In 2023 ARTWAR Travel and Tours on behalf of the Harlem Tourism Board will developed a similar program in Ghana at the request of the Northern Regional Ghana Tourism Authority.
